i was so excited when lisa hired me to do a photo session with her kids; they're gorgeous children and i couldn't wait to get my hands on them.

so first things first: lisa has four kids. and she is completely unflappable.  if i had four kids?  i'd have two of them tied to a stroller and the other two on leashes.  i just couldn't do it ~ it's not in my DNA to be calm amid chaos.  but lisa was totally calm and chill and her kids were great (no need for tying up OR for putting on leashes). sometimes i wish i had more kids and we were this big, loud, happy family (look at tara whitney - she's got four kids AND she spends tons of time with other people's kids taking photos.).  but then i have to deal with my own two and i realize i'm not cut out for it. :)
