i get emails every once in a while from clients who check out my blogsite and they usually say something along the lines of 'i keep checking back to see if you've posted anything new but you haven't posted in a few days!'

there are two problems with this: the first is that i'm not a very consistent blogger, despite my best intentions.  i'm trying.  really, i am.

the second problem is the part about having to constantly check my site for updates.  there's a fantastic tool to take care of that FOR you:  google reader.  check it out HERE. it's so simple to use - you just enter the names of the blogs you want to read and google reader automatically checks to see when they're updated.  when they are, you get notified.  easy peasy. no more checking out 5 or 10 blogs a day just to find out that none of them have been updated.  here's are a screen shot to show you what it looks like:



here's screen shot of my own google reader.  the list of blogs i subscribe to is on the left and when there are updates, i see them in the middle (where it says unread items).
